Cruz Bay Media LLC dba Captur ("Captur," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It covers this website and our sales process; it does not cover how our Clients handle their own end customers' data, which is governed by each Client's own privacy policy.

Information We Collect

• Contact information submitted through our demo request form (name, company, email, phone number, estimated lead volume).
• Usage data collected automatically when you visit our site.
• On behalf of our Clients, message content and recipient contact information that Clients send through the Captur platform to their own leads and customers, solely to provide the service.

How We Use Information

We use information you submit to us directly to respond to inquiries and operate our business. Contact information Clients provide to us for outbound texting, calling, and email — collected and consented to by the Client directly from their own leads and customers — is used solely to perform outreach on that Client's behalf and is not used by Captur for its own marketing purposes or shared with any other Client.

Text Messaging / Voice Consent Data

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is never shared with any third parties. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

Health Information

Some Clients operate in telehealth and may transmit information related to their own patients through the platform. Captur acts as a processor on the Client's behalf in that scenario and enters into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with any Client subject to HIPAA.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform, and only as needed to provide the service.

Your Choices

If you're a Client's end customer and want to stop receiving messages, follow the opt-out instructions in the message you received (e.g., reply STOP), or contact that business directly — Captur is not the sender of record for those messages. If you're contacting us directly about our own site or sales process, contact support@captur.live.
