What Captur Is
Captur is an outbound customer-engagement service. Under contract with each business customer ("Client"), Captur sends text messages, makes phone calls, and sends emails to that Client's own leads and customers, on the Client's behalf and under the Client's brand. Captur does not own, generate, purchase, or aggregate the leads it contacts. Clients capture their own leads and obtain consent to be contacted directly from those leads before providing them to Captur, and each Client is responsible for the accuracy of that consent.
Product Description
An AI-driven outbound engagement service that connects a Client's intake forms, abandoned carts, and cancelled subscriptions to automated text, email, and voice outreach performed by Captur on the Client's behalf, to help that Client convert and retain their own customers.
